Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementHandle day-to-day management of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Content CreationDevelop creative content (graphics, captions, short videos)
• Coordinate with designers/video editors (if applicable)
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
• Digital MarketingPlan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions
• Work on SEO basics and website content updates
• Analytics & ReportingTrack performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights
• Generate weekly/monthly reports
• Suggest improvements based on data insights
• Lead Generation & GrowthSupport campaigns for lead generation
• Collaborate with sales/HR team for campaign requirements
• Explore new growth strategies and platforms
• Required SkillsGood understanding of social media platforms & trends
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Creativity in content writing and ideation
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Internship or project experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus
