The Position

We are looking for a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in Hyderabad, India, and contribute to Roche's 10-year ambition

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to global business leaders, shaping sourcing, selection, and hiring strategies.

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from guiding hiring managers through structured interview frameworks to managing final selection decisions.

• Global Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Utilize deep-dive competitor mapping across multiple regions to identify skill gaps and attract inclusive, top-tier talent.

• Negotiation & Offers: Design competitive proposals, secure approvals, and lead high-stakes candidate negotiations.

• Modern Tech Utilization: Leverage tools like Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn to optimize candidate pipelines and manage workflows.

• Branding & Pipelining: Build a sustainable network of future leaders while executing marketing campaigns that position Roche as an employer of choice.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) to continuously improve our hiring methodologies.

What You Bring

• Experience: 10+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, primarily in IT recruitment (healthcare industry preference).

• Strategic Mindset: Proven consultative problem-solving skills and strong business acumen.

• Agile Approach: You thrive in a matrix environment, are flexible, and can support various functions as needed.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent influencing, communication, and partnering abilities.

• Regional Expertise: Experience hiring for APAC countries is a plus.
