Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled PM Technician to join our service and maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, monitoring, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated building automation systems. The role requires field service support, coordination with customers and site teams, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Monitor and maintain systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Fire Detection Systems (FDS), Public Address Systems (PA), Access Control Systems (ACS), HVAC controls, and electrical systems.

• Attend breakdown and service calls, identify faults, and carry out corrective actions.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.

• Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution of maintenance activities.

• Support troubleshooting of automation and control systems.

• Ensure timely closure of service requests and customer complaints.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.

• Understanding of BMS, HVAC, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control Systems.

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot field equipment issues.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as required.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in BMS, facility management, electrical maintenance, ELV systems, or field service operations.

• Exposure to building automation and control systems will be an added advantage.
