Job Description
- Installation & CommissioningInstall and commission products at customer locations as per company guidelines.
- Demonstrate product usage and maintenance procedures to customers.
- Ensure proper product functioning after installation.
- Service & RepairDiagnose technical faults and identify root causes of product failures.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacement of defective components.
- Attend service calls within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure first-time resolution whenever possible.
- Customer SupportInteract professionally with customers and address technical concerns.
- Educate customers on product operation and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during service visits.
- Documentation & ReportingUpdate service reports and complaint closure records accurately.
- Maintain records of spare parts consumption and inventory usage.
- Submit daily service activity reports to supervisors.
- Spare Parts ManagementEnsure proper utilization and handling of spare parts.
- Maintain accountability for company-issued tools and equipment.
- Report spare parts requirements to the service department.
- Compliance & SafetyFollow company service procedures and safety standards.
- Adhere to warranty and service policies.
- Ensure compliance with quality and operational guidelines.
