Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will be the go-to expert for all machinery and electrical infrastructure across our factory units. This role demands a confident problem-solver who can diagnose issues quickly, coordinate repairs, and take a proactive approach to maintenance planning. The ideal candidate enjoys working across mechanical, electrical, and basic automation tasks, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery, tools, and electrical systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring rapid breakdown response

• Oversee repair activities and coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized support is required

• Maintain spares inventory and ensure availability of critical components

• Conduct routine inspections at all factory locations and maintain maintenance logs/documentation

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and equipment compliance

• Recommend process and equipment improvements to reduce failures and boost efficiency

• Provide basic support for PLCs, sensors, wiring, and utility systems (air, power, etc.)

• Train operators on routine equipment checks and safe usage

• Prepare maintenance reports for management review

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setup

• Proficiency in troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical equipment

• Ability to travel between factory units as required

• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
