Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to source, attract, and hire candidates for frontline and blue-collar positions. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for conducting recruitment drives, visiting job locations, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring to meet business requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, local communities, and referrals.
- Conduct recruitment drives in assigned locations.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
- Build relationships with local employment exchanges, training institutes, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and hiring reports.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Support onboarding activities and candidate joining formalities.
- Promote the company's employer brand during recruitment campaigns.
