Job Description

Handle customer product inquiries received through email and phone calls.


Prepare quotations and product drawings based on customer requirements and site visit details.


Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and address their queries to support order conversion.


Perform back-office and administrative tasks as required, including maintaining records and coordinating with internal departments.
