Relationship Manager - Retail
- Sales Targets & Revenue: Achieving assigned goals for loan origination, book size, and cross-selling related products (e.g., insurance, credit cards).
- Lead Generation: Sourcing active leads through direct market efforts, builder tie-ups, and real estate developer networks.
- File Processing & TAT: Ensuring complete document collection (KYC, income proof), initial credit evaluation, and maintaining a fast Turnaround Time (TAT) for approvals.
- Customer Service & Relationship Management: Guiding borrowers through interest rates and loan terms, and resolving application queries to ensure high satisfaction.
- Compliance & Delinquency: Adhering to internal lending policies and statutory guidelines to ensure portfolio quality and minimize loan defaults
