Job Description

पद का उद्देश्य


सेंटर मैनेजर (Field Staff) का मुख्य कार्य सौंपे गए सेंटरों का संचालन करना, समूह गठन, ऋण वितरण, समय पर किस्त वसूली, पोर्टफोलियो की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना और ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना है।


मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

  • सौंपे गए सेंटरों का दैनिक संचालन सुनिश्चित करना।
  • सेंटर मीटिंग आयोजित करना और समूह (Group) का गठन करना।
  • ग्राहकों की ऑनबोर्डिंग, KYC और डॉक्युमेंटेशन सुनिश्चित करना।
  • ऋण वितरण और 100% EMI कलेक्शन सुनिश्चित करना।
  • PAR/NPA को निर्धारित सीमा में बनाए रखना।
  • फील्ड विज़िट कर ग्राहकों का सत्यापन करना।
  • ग्राहकों और स्थानीय समुदाय के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना।
  • कंपनी की नीतियों, RBI/MFI दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करना।
  • ग्राहकों की शिकायतों का समाधान करना।
  • दैनिक कार्य रिपोर्ट, MIS और रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
  • बिज़नेस ग्रोथ और ग्राहक रिटेंशन में सहयोग करना।


आवश्यक कौशल

  • अच्छा संवाद और व्यवहार कौशल।
  • माइक्रोफाइनेंस फील्ड ऑपरेशन्स की समझ।
  • फील्ड में काम करने की क्षमता।
  • बेसिक डॉक्युमेंटेशन और KYC का ज्ञान।
  • समस्या सुलझाने और टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता।


नियुक्ति (पोस्टिंग) :

आपके निवास स्थान से न्यूनतम 60 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर की जाएगी।

न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: ग्रेजुएट (प्राथमिकता) / 12वीं पास (कंपनी नीति अनुसार)।


अनुभव:

माइक्रोफाइनेंस / NBFC में 1–3 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय।

फ्रेशर उम्मीदवार भी विचार योग्य।

निर्धारित क्षेत्र में नियमित यात्रा के लिए तैयार।
