The Strategy & Enterprise Analytics team delivers these solutions to achieve enterprise goals, reveal hidden opportunities, and establish data superiority. 

As a European compliance product team lead in the GDI&A Strategy & Enterprise Analytics (SEA) team, you will lead a cross-functional, multi-skillset team to utilize the latest tools and methods in AI/ML, data science & analytics to enable business intelligence, data-driven decisions, and solve a variety of business problems. 

• Manage a PDO team, including software engineers, tech anchor, data scientist, etc. 

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand the business opportunities and translate high-level ideas into data-driven analytics solutions 

• Manage prioritization and optimize resource allocation based on business impacts. Clearly communicate product strategy and vision to stakeholders 

• Establish and maintain demand management processes and integration with other teams 

• Guiding the product team to iteratively develop quick, customer centric solutions 

• Leverage domain expertise, statistical analysis and AI/ML modeling to optimize the process, ensure timely value delivery, and proactively improve quality and efficiency 

• Providing technical guidance on high quality of work and best practices 

• Supporting team growth, talent acquisition, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment
