Job Description
Job Role: The Recruitment Operations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the selection process, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting workforce planning to help achieve the organization's hiring goals.
- Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates through data's, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and hiring productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring initiatives, and employee referral programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, consultants, and external hiring agencies where applicable.
- People & Team Management Support and guide junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators in daily hiring activities.
- Allocate recruitment requirements and monitor hiring progress within the team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings to improve recruitment performance.
- Train and mentor new team members on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and company hiring standards.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture within the recruitment team.
