Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise-wide architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate alignment between business strategies and technology solutions to drive organizational growth.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative architectural solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
