Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct reference and background checks as required.
• Negotiate salary offers and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
