Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D-Visualizer Cum Designer to develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts, 2D drawings, and client requirements into realistic 3D models and presentations that effectively communicate design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team, providing creative direction and technical guidance.
• Develop detailed 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs based on design concepts and technical drawings.
• Convert 2D layouts, sketches, and AutoCAD drawings into realistic 3D visualizations.
• Create interior and exterior renderings with appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and furniture layouts.
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and project approvals.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Modify and update 3D models based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic images and animation walkthroughs.
• Maintain design standards, rendering quality, and project timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering technologies, and visualization techniques.
• Ensure all drawings and visualizations comply with project specifications and company standards.

• Revit (preferred)

Experience:

• 4–5 years of experience in 3D visualization and interior design.
• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality projects preferred.

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
