Key Responsibilities
✅ Candidate Sourcing through job portals and social media
✅ Resume Screening and shortlisting candidates
✅ Conducting initial HR screening calls
✅ Interview Scheduling and coordination

✅ Maintaining candidate databases and reports
✅ Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities
