Summary:
As a Security Delivery Practitioner, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assist in defining requirements for security projects. The role includes designing and constructing security components tailored to organizational needs and participating actively in testing activities to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of security solutions. This position requires continuous engagement with project stakeholders to align security measures with business objectives and to support the overall security framework within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify security requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of security components in alignment with project goals.
- Assist in the validation and testing of security solutions to ensure compliance with standards.
- Document processes and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Experience with risk assessment and compliance management frameworks.
- Familiarity with security policy development and enforcement.
- Ability to analyze security controls and recommend improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to security service delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
