As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the overall structure of custom software systems that align with business objectives. The architect collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the technical framework supports current and future business needs, continuously refining the architecture to adapt to evolving challenges and opportunities within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance application architecture.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of architectural standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and security best practices in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
