Role & responsibilities
The role includes vendor coordination, order processing, stock monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase products/materials as per company requirements.
- Compare prices and negotiate with vendors/suppliers.
- Maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams.
- Monitor slow-moving and EOL stock.
- Check product quality and quantity during inward process.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and reports.
- Ensure best pricing, schemes, and payment terms from vendors.
- Track pending orders and update management regularly.
- Very good in Excell (If condition, Sum if, Conditional formating, Pivot table & Vlookup)
