Telesales Executive

We're hiring sharp, fast-thinking professionals for a stock broking operations role that combines two things: handling real-time queries from active intraday traders, and converting warm leads into new client accounts over the phone.

What the role involves:

You'll field calls from traders who need answers now — order status, margin queries, trade confirmations, platform issues — where speed and accuracy matter because markets don't wait. Between trading hours, you'll work warm inbound and outbound leads to onboard new clients — explaining products, walking them through account opening, and closing.

You're a fit if you:

• Can think on your feet under time pressure — intraday traders have zero patience for fumbling
• Have a natural phone presence and can shift between servicing and selling without it feeling forced
• Understand basic capital markets terminology — order types, margins, settlement, P&L
• Are motivated by targets and outcomes, not just clocking hours
• Have worked in broking, wealth, or financial services customer-facing roles (preferred, not mandatory)
