Role Overview

We're looking for a Tele-Calling Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and drivers across our operating states — resolving queries, confirming bookings, and ensuring a smooth ride experience end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for booking confirmations, ride status updates, and customer queries
• Support drivers with onboarding queries, trip issues, and dispatch coordination
• Resolve complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Operations team
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer/driver records in internal systems
• Follow up on pending bookings, cancellations, and payment-related queries
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as required for 24x7 support coverage

Required Skills

• Languages: English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, spreadsheets)
• Prior experience in a call center, BPO, or customer support role preferred (0–2 years)
• Patience and problem-solving mindset when handling upset customers or drivers

Preferred Qualifications

• Any graduate or equivalent
• Experience in cab aggregator, logistics, or e-commerce support is a plus
