Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires guiding teams to integrate responsible AI principles into projects, facilitating collaboration across various departments, and ensuring that AI technologies are used in a manner that aligns with organizational values and societal expectations. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and fairness in AI applications while driving innovation within a multidisciplinary environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to responsible AI.
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI governance models.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration tools and techniques to drive team alignment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
