Job Description
We are seeking a Reception cum Office Assistant who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also supporting day-to-day office administration and basic accounting activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to both front-office and back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
- Assist in basic accounting activities such as invoice preparation, voucher entry, expense tracking, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Maintain and update files, documentation, and databases.
- Support HR and management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and office events.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and guests.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and assist in procurement activities
Desired Skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min. 1 year of experience in office administration and accounting support.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.
