We are hiring Customer Care Officers (CCO) to manage front desk operations at our authorized mobile service centers. The role involves handling walk-in customers, service coordination, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and address service-related queries
- Create job sheets and register service requests
- Coordinate with technicians for repair updates
- Inform customers about service timelines, costs, and status
- Manage customer complaints and provide timely resolution
- Maintain records in CRM/software systems
