Position: Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with menu selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes.
• Ensure all food items are prepared and served on time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
