Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests
- Office cleaning and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
- Running outdoor errands — bank, post office, courier, govt. offices, etc.
- Delivering and picking up documents as required
- Driving company vehicle / two-wheeler for errands and deliveries
- Assisting staff with photocopying, printing, and basic office tasks
- Managing office supplies and informing when stock is low
Requirements:
- Valid Driving License (Two-wheeler) — Mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Ahmedabad city roads
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
