Position OverviewSri Annai Enterprises is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while supporting the company's sales and service objectives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company's products and services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on customer leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers through timely communication.
• Update customer information and call records accurately in the database.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective customer engagement.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in Tamil; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude, patience, and confidence while interacting with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• QualificationsMinimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
