The role also entails translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across different teams.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
