Job Description
Real Estate Sales Executive / Property Consultant
Location: Kiwale, Pune
Key Responsblity -
Schedule and conduct site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Maintain regular follow-ups until booking.
Update leads and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers and developers.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000-15,000/month (based on experience)
