Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Visit industrial areas, factories, warehouses, logistics companies, and manufacturing units to generate new business.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Present and explain SKEL Global products to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Customer MeetingsConduct face-to-face meetings with Purchase Managers, Store Managers, Factory Managers, and business owners.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Arrange product samples and follow up for feedback.
- Lead Management & Follow-UpRegularly follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, and order execution.
- Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify new market opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, solar, FMCG, and export industries.
- Target AchievementAchieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsEducationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience1 to 5 years of experience in Field Sales, Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Packaging Sales, or Marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates having experience in Industrial Products, Packaging Materials, Lubricants, Chemicals, Auto Components, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Should be comfortable with extensive local travel.
