Sales Executive

Job Description – Sales Executive (BFSI Process)

Location: E-Space, Viman Nagar, A3 Building, 4th Floor, Pune

Process: Business Loan 

Working Days: 6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Off

Candidates with Strong Marathi Language Skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end sales process for Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Credit Card products.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

* Generate leads, follow up with customers, and achieve sales closures.

* Guide customers through documentation and loan processing stages.

* Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity metrics.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

Candidate Requirements:

* Mandatory experience in BFSI sales process.

* Candidates must have end-to-end Business Loan process experience.

* Strong knowledge of:

  * CIBIL Score & Credit Evaluation

  * KYC Documentation

  * Secured & Unsecured Loans

  * Business Loan Eligibility & Documentation Process

* Experience in Business Loans, Personal Loans, or Credit Card sales is mandatory.

* Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi are mandatory.

* Basic to good communication skills in English required.

* Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

Preferred Profile:

* Immediate joiners preferred.

* Candidates from Banking, NBFC, Financial Sales, or Telesales background will be preferred or Fresher.
