Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our digital marketing services, and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team.

  • ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Explain digital marketing services to prospective customers.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain lead and customer records.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • RequirementsMinimum 6 months of Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
