Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into sales. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:✔ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads

✔ Explain company products and services effectively

✔ Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication

✔ Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments when required

✔ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

✔ Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data

✔ Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions

✔ Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management

Requirements:✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

✔ Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively

✔ Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
