Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International BPO Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer queries through voice, chat, or email while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Graduate only
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
