Job Description

The Assistant Manager Training & Digital Content Development is responsible for designing developing and delivering highquality digital learning content that supports frontline and operational capability across the BPO environment. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design digital storytelling and Gen AIpowered content production and is ideal for someone who brings both creative flair and learning design rigour to everything they build.Reporting to the Senior Group Manager Training Lead this role plays a key part in shaping how learning looks feels and lands across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content DevelopmentDesign and develop engaging digital training modules microlearning assets explainer videos animated content and scenariobased learning using tools like Vyond Articulate Storyline Rise and Envato assetsUse Gen AI creative tools including Midjourney Veo Runway ElevenLabs and Adobe Firefly to produce immersive visually compelling learning experiencesEdit and produce content using online editing platforms such as Canva Pro Adobe Express CapCut DaVinci Resolve Clipchamp or equivalentBuild and maintain a modular scalable content library that is easy to update and versioncontrolledApply instructional design principles ADDIE SAM or equivalent to ensure all content is grounded in clear learning outcomes Content Writing & Scripting Write clear engaging and learner friendly content scripts voiceover copy storyboards scenario narratives assessment questions and onscreen textAdapt tone and language for diverse frontline audiences balancing simplicity with impactDevelop content across formats longform guides microlearning snippets job aids infographics and video scriptsEnsure all written content is grammatically accurate brandaligned and contextually relevant to the BPO contact centre environment Immersive & StorytellingLed Learning Develop characterdriven narrativeled content that brings real workplace scenarios to lifeUse Vyond for animated explainer and characterbased videos that resonate with frontline teamsIncorporate AIgenerated visuals ambient audio and cinematic pacing to elevate content beyond standard eLearningSource and customise highquality assets from Envato Elements templates graphics music and footage to enhance production value Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with SMEs operations leads and quality teams to source accurate relevant contentPresent drafts storyboards and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficientlyWork closely with the training delivery team to ensure content aligns with facilitation and onfloor needs Project & Operations Management Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously meeting deadlines without compromising qualityMaintain version control content trackers and project documentation using MS Office PowerPoint Word Excel TeamsSupport reporting on content usage learner engagement and module effectiveness Continuous Improvement Stay current with emerging Gen AI tools eLearning trends and evolving content creation platformsProactively identify opportunities to refresh modernise or replace outdated contentContribute ideas and prototypes during content innovation sprints and team reviews

Qualifications

Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in training content development instructional design or a related L&D roleArticulate Storyline Rise solid hands on experience building interactive eLearning modulesVyond ability to produce animated characterdriven training videos independentlyEnvato Elements confident sourcing and customising templates graphics music and video assetsOnline editing tools proficient in one or more of Canva Pro Adobe Express CapCut DaVinci Resolve Clipchamp or similarGen AI creative tools demonstrable proficiency with Midjourney Veo Runway ElevenLabs Sora Adobe Firefly or equivalentsStrong content writing skills scripts storyboards voiceover copy scenario writing assessments and job aidsGood video editing and postproduction skills with an eye for pacing visual consistency and audio qualityProficient in MS Office PowerPoint Word Excel TeamsExcellent attention to detail time management and the ability to work independentlyA portfolio of digital learning content videos or creative projects is strongly preferred
