Job Title: QA Engineer (TOSCA Automation)

Work Model: Hybrid

Experience: 4–6 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in testing web-based and desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in TOSCA along with API testing and backend validation. Candidates must have completed all mandatory TOSCA certifications (AS1, AS2, TDS1, AE1).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web-based and desktop applications.
• Design and execute test cases to validate application functionality and performance.
• Validate backend functionalities through SQL queries and database checks.
• Should be able to manage different schedulers and DEX executions.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and plan automation development.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases by adhering to QA best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.
• Leverage TOSCA for model-based test automation and ensure compliance with automation standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of web-based, backend and desktop applications technologies and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing using TOSCA.
• Good understanding of SQL queries for backend testing and validation.
• Strong understanding of test data management and parameterizations in TOSCA.
• Proficiency in design and development on TOSCA automation tool.
• Basic knowledge of ERP functional areas and processes to execute automation steps effectively.
• Testing ERP-Infor modules using TOSCA and managing executions using DEX.
• Creating and maintaining automated test cases using TOSCA for different business objects and workflows.
• Ability to distinguish automation approaches between different technologies. (object identification, scanning, module structures etc.)
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing domain will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AS400 will an added advantage
