Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance software solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. Utilizing contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering efficient, scalable, and high-quality software that supports organizational goals and adapts to changing needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to software design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Good to have - Strong idea on custom script /QCP plug-in code manipulation
- Resource should work in 2nd shift.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between Salesforce CPQ and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
