About Global Delivery Services
Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.
Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
- The role is for a consultant who can take up opportunities in marketing, sales, service and process transformation engagements.
- You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters, and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.
- You will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
- In line with EY commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse client's business requirements, and aspirations enabling clients to understand the Art-of-the-possible for front-office transformations, GTM with products, CRM Transformations in Marketing, eCommerce, Sales Service, Pricing Strategy, etc.
- Understand sales/ customer service strategies, value proposition development and support development of AI led solutions to help clients.
- Support project team and client to run client workshops for to understand client issues, document workshop outcomes, and build.
- Draft conclusions and possible recommendations, prepare documents for client communication, incl. proposals and project documents.
Skills and attributes for success
- Understanding of customer journey design, process design and data analysis.
- Tech/ Tools Skills: Should have hands on experience in CX Design Collaboration tools (Mural/Miro/PPT/Visio) to build and modify CX Journey flows, Personas, Service Design Flows, Process Flows, etc.
Ideally, you’ll also
- Good to have prior experience in any of the platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, PROS, etc.
- Good to have vertical & Industry Experience in Consumer Industries or Retail, eCommerce, Telecom, BFSI, Product organisations or CX Consulting services.
What we look for
- 1-5 years of experience of prior experience
- Completed or pursuing (in final year) Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM, process design, data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, power-bi, Salesforce, Adobe etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
