Key Responsibilities:

• Handling order management, billing, and dispatch coordination

• Maintaining daily stock reports and monthly reconciliation (MIS vs physical audit)

• Coordinating with transporters for timely shipments and vehicle arrangements

• Managing sub-distributor accounts (orders, dispatches, payments)

• Following up on customer payments and transporter payments

• Ensuring smooth warehouse operations (inward/outward, invoice checks)

• Preparing monthly reports (stock audit, rebate programs, MIS updates)

• Tracking in-transit materials and updating stakeholders regularly
