Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of the School Partnership business across assigned regions.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Business Development, Counselling, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor school onboarding, partnership activities, Career Fairs, and Career Guidance Programs.
• Track daily MIS, KPIs, sales funnel, and team performance.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates.
• Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with school authorities and internal stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Prepare operational reports and present business insights to management.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Project Management, or Business Operations (Education/EdTech preferred).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver against timelines.
