Job Description

Admission Counselor – Online UG/PG ProgramsWe are hiring passionate and target-driven Admission Counselors to guide students through the admission process for Online UG & PG programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp & emails.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, fees & admission process.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain CRM and student records.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM.
  • Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
