Job Description
Counsel clients regarding immigration options, including Work Visas, Tourist Visas, Student Visas, PR, Business Visas, and Family Sponsorship.
Assess client profiles and determine eligibility according to immigration policies.
Explain visa requirements, documentation, processing timelines, and government regulations.
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in consultations.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the documentation team for complete and accurate file preparation.
Ensure all required documents are collected before submission.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their applications.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Meet monthly sales and consultation targets.
Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and embassy requirements.
Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents
