- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Experience in configuring and customizing financial software solutions to meet client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to wealth management platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.
