- Driving passengers or company staff safely to assigned destinations.
- Following traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Planning routes to ensure timely arrival.
- Keeping the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
- Performing daily vehicle checks (fuel, engine oil, brakes, tires, lights, and battery).
- Reporting vehicle faults or repair requirements to the supervisor.
- Maintaining trip logs, mileage records, and fuel records.
- Assisting with loading and unloading luggage or small packages when required.
- Ensuring all required vehicle documents (driving license, registration, insurance, and permits) are valid and available.
- Maintaining professional behavior and good communication with passengers.
- Following company policies and ensuring passenger safety at all times.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or accidents and reporting them promptly.
