Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications that meet client needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, ensuring that all applications function seamlessly and efficiently. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
