Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.
  • Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
  • Minimum 6 months of telecalling/customer service experience (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives

Location: City Space Realty

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
