Operational Risk Manager
| Ensure all assigned elearning modules are completed with timeline. |
| Update Excel skill by end of Q2 |
| Assign and Track RCA and CAPA for OR incidents as allocated and submit report for OR Head sign-off |
| Enhance RiskHawc to meet future requirement of incident reporting and tracking various related items |
| Report high or above risk incidents to ORMC members within T+1 day |
| Reconcile GL, tackers - DAC, FMR, Insurance, etc. wrt OR incidents & submit monthly report |
| Review incident, classify 'not an incident', forward to Vigilance or next stage for further inputs and review |
| Update financials against an incident with evidence duly available or validated independently |
| Update RCA, CAPA, loss and recoveries in RiskHawc basis available facts for incident closure |
