Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and overseeing the training process using extensive datasets. The architect continuously refines model parameters to enhance performance and ensures the models meet the desired objectives for natural language processing tasks. Collaboration with various teams to align the model capabilities with project goals is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader systems and applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to analyze and fine-tune model parameters for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with natural language processing concepts and challenges.
- Capability to work with distributed computing environments for model training and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
