Role Summary

 

This role is for a manager who can lead strategic process mining and task mining programs, digital transformation initiatives, automation implementations (RPA/AI/ML), and multi-system process improvement engagements, driving process intelligence and data-driven transformation across enterprise processes. The Manager oversees delivery governance, client management, value realization, account expansion, and program leadership across global enterprise clients. The role will also oversee analytics using low-code platforms and data visualization, enabling scalable insights and performance tracking, while driving predictive analytics and AI-led use cases to enhance process outcomes and decision-making.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs involving process mining, RPA, AI/ML, workflow redesign, and platform migrations (ServiceNow, Salesforce).
  • Drive business value assessments, process maturity evaluations, and consulting-led roadmap creation for enterprise clients.
  • Own delivery governance, program KPIs, quality assurance, and structured methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt projects).
• Process Mining & Analytics Leadership
  • Lead multi platform process mining programs using Celonis, Signavio, MPMx, Parkmore.
  • Architect object centric process models (OCPM) and integrated data pipelines across SAP, CRM, and legacy systems.
  • Oversee conformance checking, KPI frameworks, automation triggers (Action Engine), and SLA breach prediction.
• Digital Transformation & Automation
  • Lead enterprise automation using RPA (UI Path, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion), AI, ML, Chat Bots, and predictive modelling.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to design high-value interventions such as:
    • Intelligent routing
    • Automated diallers
    • Knowledge automation
    • Proactive notifications
    • Agent enablement
• Business Consulting & Account Growth
  • Act as Business Value Architect and Capability Lead for digital transformation solutions.
  • Support pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, solution design, pricing models, and client advisory discussions.
  • Own consulting P&L, account growth planning, and GTM initiatives, collaborating with alliance partners.
• Team Leadership & Enablement
  • Lead teams of analysts, consultants, and engineers—providing coaching, capability development, and quality oversight.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and transformation readiness programs across business and operations.

• Digital Transformation Tools: ServiceNow, Salesforce migrations
• Automation Tools: UI Path, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, Chatbots
• Data & Analysis Tools: SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI
• Process Excellence: Six Sigma GB/BB, Quality Management, BPMN, ARIS, Visio
• Domain Expertise: Business processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, and operations, Supply Chain

 

 

Preferred Experience

 

• Leading large-scale transformation and re-engineering programs (global clients across telecom, BFSI, manufacturing).
• Managing multi-system integration projects (CRM, ERP, legacy → digital platforms).
• Structured experience in consulting, account expansion, and GTM leadership.
• Strong experience in digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
• Internal Audit and Risk experience is highly preferred.
