Job TitlePurchase Executive – Solar EPC

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in solar procurement to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials required for solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiation, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.Ensure that there is no delay in the procurement of any material and that all materials are delivered to the client's installation site on time, with no logistical delays.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcure solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS materials.
• Identify and develop new vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Track deliveries and coordinate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Project, Store, and Finance teams.
• Maintain procurement records in ERP/Excel.
• Ensure quality compliance of purchased materials.
• Monitor inventory and avoid stock shortages.
• Support cost reduction initiatives.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of purchase/procurement experience (solar industry preferred).
• Knowledge of solar materials and vendors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
