Job Description

Jaipur Plastopack Agro Pvt Ltd के इंडस्ट्रियल पैकेजिंग डिवीजन (Jaipur HQ) के लिए एक बैक ऑफिस एग्जीक्यूटिव की आवश्यकता है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

  1. पैकेजिंग मटेरियल (PP Box Strapping, PET Strap, BOPP Tapes) के लिए आने वाली सभी नई (Fresh) और पुरानी लीड्स को टेली-कॉलिंग के माध्यम से संभालना।
  2. मौजूदा B2B ग्राहकों से नियमित संपर्क (Routine Follow-up) बनाए रखना ताकि रिपीट ऑर्डर्स मिल सकें।
  3. ग्राहकों से समय पर पेमेंट रिकवरी के लिए विनम्रतापूर्वक भुगतान अनुवर्ती (Payment Follow-up) करना।
  4. ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर्स को समय पर भेजने के लिए प्रोडक्शन और डिस्पैच टीम के साथ तालमेल बनाना।
  5. दैनिक कॉलिंग और ऑर्डर्स का पूरा डेटा कंपनी के CRM और Excel/Google Sheets में अपडेट रखना।

आवश्यक योग्यता (Requirements):

  • शिक्षा: ग्रेजुएट (Graduate)
  • अनुभव: 1 से 3 साल (Back Office Sales Support या Tele-calling में)। पैकेजिंग या मैन्युफैक्चरिंग इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
  • तकनीकी ज्ञान: MS Excel / Google Sheets और CRM सॉफ्टवेयर का बुनियादी ज्ञान होना जरूरी है।
  • कौशल: हिंदी भाषा में अच्छी पकड़, बेहतरीन फोन शिष्टाचार (Phone Etiquette) और ईमेल लिखने के लिए बेसिक अंग्रेजी का ज्ञान।
